My Top Five Favorite Yankee World Series Rings Part 5

Now for the final part.

Number 1

The 1999 Ring

The NY has 25 diamonds while the rest of the face has about 48. An employee ring belonging to a Yankees worker sold for $21,150 at auction. This ring belonged to Darryl Strawberry who had the number 39.

This ring is amazing because of the way the diamonds stand out. On the blue background of the interlocking NY, they shine through brilliantly. They immediately draw your eye to the center of the ring.

On the other side of the ring, the Yankees are said to be "The Century's Team" because they had won 25 championships in it.
