Alex Rodriguez Breaks Grand Slam Record

Last night, Alex Rodriguez came to the plate in the 7th inning with the bases loaded to face Giants reliever George Kontos.  He then hit his 24th grand slam of his career. This put him past Lou Gehrig for 1st on the all time grand slam list. Gehrig and Rodriguez had been tied for a while with 23. This is a landmark record for Alex Rodriguez.
